The Ashlands The No Mans Land between the barricade and the Deadlands. Arcanus Conclave Bastion This tower was built during the beginning of the end; it was far north of the U.S./Canada border, able to avoid notice of pure bloods and impure alike. The land was cold, inhospitable and merciless; at least it was to a human. To the mutants, it was a perfect sanctuary from the chaos that was engulfing the world.
